What payment methods do you offer?

What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 on all orders across Pakistan.

If you receive a damaged, missing, or leaking item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
For other valid reasons, such as receiving an incorrect item, our return or exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery date. The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are accepted only for damaged, missing, leaking, or non-working items. Exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.
What happens if my return request is not approved?
If your return or exchange request is not approved, our team will clearly inform you of the reason.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours. Refunds may be issued to your bank account or as store credit, based on your preference.
